PLANNING
Developing scope of work, specifications, guidelines, policies, building standards, agreements, contracts, feasibility studies, requests for proposal, qualifications and close-out procedures. Chair pre-bid conferences, evaluations, progress meetings, planning, programming and design development criteria for projects including new construction, renovation, capital renewal, deferred maintenance and facilities projects and establish and maintain project budgets and schedules

MANAGEMENT
Specializing as an owner's liaison for all major construction and development projects; project management and coordination with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, real estate, community organizations, property owners and various government and state agencies; contract administration of land use, new construction, renovation, design, planning and maintenance projects in excess of $100M
